Trading data and owner access

Your journal is private from other regular users.

The platform owner can view and export all users’ trading accounts, imported orders and fills, original imported data, completed-trade calculations, and journal notes. Owner exports include your name and email so records can be attributed to the correct user.

Signing out revokes that session. It does not remove trading records or notes. Records remain in the database and may also be included in owner-created exports and backups. This version does not automatically delete trading history.

Exchange API keys are encrypted on the backend. The owner can view and export connection metadata, sync logs, and original exchange fill data. Disconnecting removes the active stored API key while retaining trading records. Passwords are stored as one-way password hashes. Trading-data exports do not include passwords, password hashes, session tokens, exchange API keys, or owner setup codes.

Owner views and full-data exports are logged. A full database backup is separate from the trading-data export and contains the complete database, including hashed credentials and encrypted exchange keys; the owner must keep those backups private.

This local version does not yet provide self-service account deletion or emailed password recovery. Contact the platform owner about account or data requests.
